Taking a customers car home is a no no, unless he knows you quite well and of course has permission, which he does not have. Ther could be a conflict you do not know about between the company and Mitch. So go to AMZ, demand they produce your car and Mitch's contact info on the spot. If they fail to produce info or give you the run around, file a complaint with police and let them deal with it. For all you know this guy could be switching out your motor or crusing around to pick up chics, racing it, etc........ unless they can produce his info or the car, it is a case of Theft by Conversion, a felony in the USA and the shop does not want the police in their face, so go down there or call and do not take no for an answer. Get the answer in one visit or call the police and let them handle it. If there is no foul play involved, then good for you. Regardless, no one drives my Z like that. Dial 911 and stand your round!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
